Eligibility Criteria
- Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
- 18 years or older (19 in Alabama/Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi).
- Employees of Walmart Inc., affiliate companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
How to Enter
You can enter the sweepstakes in one of the following ways:
Purchase Method
- Make a purchase at a participating Walmart during the sweepstakes period.
- You will receive an invitation to take a survey on your cash register receipt.
- Complete the online survey at “www.survey.walmart.com” within one week of the receipt date.
- Fill in the required entry form to receive one (1) entry.
Survey Invitation
- If you purchase from Walmart.com, Walmart grocery, Walmart mobile apps, or in-store, you may receive a survey invitation via email.
- Visit the unique survey link in the invitation and complete the survey.
- Submit the entry form to receive one (1) entry.
Mail-in Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
- Hand print your name, street address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and date of birth on a postcard no larger than 3.5″ x 5″ to 4.25″ x 6″.
- Mail to: 2025 Walmart Sweepstakes, PO Box 228, Macedon, NY, 14502-0228.
- Entries must be postmarked by May 2, 2025 and received by May 6, 2025.
Entry Limits
- Maximum Entries: 78 per entrant for the entire sweepstakes.
- Multiple entries from different identities may result in disqualification.
Giveaway/ Sweepstakes Prizes
- Grand Prize (5 winners): $1,000 Walmart gift card each.
- First Prize (750 winners): $100 Walmart gift card each.
- Total Prize Value: $80,000.
Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected by random drawing on May 6, 2025.
- Grand Prize winners will be notified via email/phone on or around May 9, 2025.
- They must respond within 5 business days and complete required paperwork.
- First Prize winners will receive their gift cards via USPS within 4-6 weeks.
- In the event a prize is not claimed, an alternate winner will be chosen.
Terms and Conditions
- Limit one prize per person/household.
- Prizes are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
