If you enjoy dining out, here’s your chance to win a $500 gift card to Tavern in The Square. GBH 89.7 Radio is hosting this sweepstakes, giving participants a simple way to enter, either by making a donation or by opting for a no-purchase entry.
The sweepstakes is open to residents of six New England states in the United States.
Who Can Enter
- Participants must be 18 years or older as of February 10, 2025.
- Only residents of six New England states are eligible.
- Employees, board members, and advisory committee members of GBH, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
- This sweepstakes follows all federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
Start & End Dates
The sweepstakes will be open for a limited time:
- Start: February 10, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time
- End: February 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time
All entries must be received within this time frame to be considered.
How to Enter
There are two ways to enter the sweepstakes:
Enter by Donating
- Make a donation at gbhnews.org or by calling 1-888-897-9424 during the entry period.
- Anyone who donates will be automatically entered into the sweepstakes.
- While donations help support GBH, they do not increase your chances of winning.
Enter for Free (No Purchase Necessary)
- Go to the “Donate” page at “www.gbhnews.org” and look for the no-gift entry form. Complete and submit the form to enter.
- Call 1-888-897-9424 and provide the necessary details to enter without making a donation.
- Incomplete or late entries will not be considered.
Each participant is allowed one entry only, and a single email address cannot be used for multiple entries.
Prize Details
- Grand Prize: One $500 gift card to Tavern in The Square, redeemable at any of its locations.
- Retail Value: $500.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes related to the prize.
Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by GBH on or about February 18, 2025.
- There will be only one winner chosen from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified by phone and/or email on or about February 25, 2025.
- The selected winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release within seven days of notification.
- If the winner does not respond within the given timeframe, an alternate winner will be selected.
