Accolade is offering a digital activation Giveaway Sweepstakes in Feb 2025. This is a great opportunity for you to win a Visa Gift Card by engaging with Accolade’s services. The eligible candidates can participate by following the steps below.
- Sweepstakes Period: February 5, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET to February 11, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET
- Entry Limit: One entry per person/email
- Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico) aged 18 and older who activate their Accolade account and complete the Health Questionnaire for Personalized Recommendations
- Prizes: Ten winners will each get a $100 Visa Gift Card
- Winner Selection: A random drawing will take place on or around February 26, 2025
How to Enter
No purchase or internet access is necessary. You can enter in one of the following ways:
- Online/Mobile App: Log in or activate your Accolade account at “member.accolade.com” or use the Accolade mobile app (available on the App Store or Google Play). Complete and submit the Health Questionnaire.
- Phone Entry: Call (610) 834-2989 and provide the required information.

Eligibility Criteria
- You must be a U.S. resident (excluding Puerto Rico) and at least 18 years old.
- You need to activate your Accolade account and complete the Health Questionnaire.
- Employees of Accolade, their subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising agencies, along with their immediate family members, cannot enter.
- You cannot submit multiple entries using the same email or personal information.

Winner Selection and Notification Process
- A random drawing will determine the winners on or about February 26, 2025.
- The drawing will take place at Accolade’s office: 660 W. Germantown Pike, Suite 500, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462.
- Winners will get notified through email, mail, telephone, or overnight courier.
- If you do not claim the prize within 72 business hours, you may forfeit it.
Prize Details
- Prize: $100 Visa Gift Card for each of the ten winners
- You cannot exchange prizes for cash or transfer them to someone else.
- If necessary, Accolade may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
